My biggest complaint is unless you have a skinny belt (thickness dimension), it is a pain to slide it through the belt loops.
Would recommend the belt clip option if you can spring for it, or get your own clips.

I have 4 of these double mag holders because I love the look & the sturdy way they hang in the belt. It’s a lean unobtrusive piece that’s great for concealed carry. The retention is a bit too much for my taste and takes a pretty good tug to draw the mag, which is why it missed 5 stars, but you can’t beat the fit to the body or the looks.

My last two mag carriers could not grip the magazines tight enough. Simply picking something off the ground would allow the magazines to fall out. The Tier 1 mag holder holds onto both magazines well. My only beef is that it takes up a lot of belt space.

This is a very nice magazine holder.
I use it on my Kore Battle Belt to carry two extra 15 round magazines for my Sig P365XL.
I like how they must be inserted correctly, so when you pull them out they are oriented correctly to slap into the mag well.
I had mine made in black multicam to match the Kore belt and also a Tier 1 Optio holster that is mounted to a G-Code drop leg kit.
I will have pics of the holster in another review.

I tried a universal mag carrier just for convenience. Once you’ve owned tier 1 products, generic brands don’t cut it. Worth every penny! Since I’ve started using tier 1, I’ve never tried anything else.

Like the adjustable height. Lips are rounded to facilitate mag insertion - very nice. All corners are smooth off so no issues with snagging on shirt, etc. Offset on slides allow belt to feed through vs weaving around the carrier body. This offset allows the mags to be held as adjusted without the carrier bending where meeting the hip. On other carriers this bending changes the retention pressure. This is good for range use but not for concealment as it protrudes enough to print unless using heavy clothing.

I love the way it feels when I have it on. It’s very comfortable, anywhere I have it. In the forward,middle or rear position. When I have my double stacks loaded in the carrier, they fit snugly and I’m not worried they will fall out with any movement. When I’m practicing my mag exchanges, it’s very smooth when pulling one out. All around great product.

They hold the magazines well, but I wish that the carrier was angled like the holster, because it does not fit through my belt very well or hug well to my body. The clips are not as nice as the ones on the holster. It works but needs improvement.

I’ve been running this mag carrier for my Glock 45 and 34 for the past few months and I love it. Super sturdy construction and adjustable retention is great. I actually use it in USPSA shooting and it has not let me down. Definitely will buy again!
