I have worn this holster every day for about one year with a Glock 19. I love how comfortable it is even with a spare mag. If you are on the fence about tier 1 as I was don’t second guess it you wont regret it about a week or two ago I noticed a decent crack forming on the holster so I reached out to costumer service on a Saturday they got back to me on Monday ( the day before Christmas Eve) The brand new exact same holster showed up on Saturday of the same week!! It is the most BS FREE lifetime warranty. As long as t1c keeps making holsters I will keep buying them

I'll never buy another holster from anyone else when it comes to kydex. All my tier 1 holsters are very comfortable and very well built. I have 4 T1 holsters 3 are appendix and 1 is retention. They are molded in all the right places with just enough material to where there is no need to modify it in any way. Unless you need a taller claw or spacer for the claw to be taller to sit closer to your body. I've been carrying T1 holsters for years and I've never had 1 problem. Highly satisfied customer. If you are trying to appendix carry a full size handgun, Tier 1 is probably the best option there is. I sit down all day at my job and it's perfectly comfortable holding my Sig M17 all day long. I was a little unsure about whether or not it was going to work. But it does, flawlessly. Get a good belt like the KORE essentials to pair up with and you'll be very happy with it. Thanks Tier 1.

I don't want to cast shade BUT the truth matters. This Tier 1 holster is superior to TREX arms holsters because of the flexible hinge system. it conforms in a more organic manner and it doesn't damage the holster when your body does body things.... you know, organic movement like running, sliding around your seat at church. I have 3 friends who own TREX holsters. 2 of them have had their side car (magazine portion) hinge break. One of them had the same problem 2 times. Why listen to me? maybe you shouldn't but here is where my opinion comes from. I carry daily, I own 5 holsters, I have 2 tier 1 holsters now. I train on tactical ranges atleast 1 time a month, train on my own at a private range 1-3 times a month on holster work and malfunction drills. So far with this holster I have gone thru easily 2000 rounds all with constant holster work. The range instructor has shown my Tier 1 holster as an example of good concealment. I personally carry a 3rd IWB magazine holster and it all is still easily concealed with a large Tshirt. I cannot recommend them enough. I also think its worth while to fork over the extra dough for the ulti-clips, helps make it MORE concealable. downside it will scratch up the underside of your belt a bit but the trade is NO massive hulking pieces of plastic broadcasting you are carrying and giving you away. Bottom line make your own decisions its your life. the only holster I have seen that might conceal better is a PHLSTER but between the two I prefer the Tier 1 because of the speed of donning and doffing. In the right circumstances I may use a Phlster. If I could only afford one.... Tier 1 all the way.

It's a great design for a holster with a sidecar. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for one limitation: this design is for flat stomachs. Sure, there are workarounds like setting the clips high so the holster rides low (belt i terferes with the draw), using the thickest wedge to reduce printing (creates a ledge), or strapping the belt super tight (unbearable after 5 minutes). I suggest selling a mesh bridge between the sidecar and the holster that can adjust the system's e tire width by 1 to 2 inches. This allows fat bucks like me to adjust the Axis Elite to place the sidecar and holster in the flats or valleys to the left and right of my gut's peak. You have something pretty close with the APX. You can sell these sidecar extenders in varying widths just like your wedges I hope my comment helps.

Perfect fit and the comfort level is on point. Wear with gym shorts, sweat pants, or slacks and you’ll forget you’re packing. If you’re on the fence for the extended mag just know it seats really deep and is difficult to grab. Easy fix though, tighten the retention and adjust it to your preferred ride height. I have to be completely honest I was not expecting much out of this holster. I’m a shorter guy standing at a staggering 5,2 and a lot of holsters would hurt me and feel uncomfortable and awkward but I was so surprised when it finally came in. The shipping did take a while but well worth the wait. I went for the foam wedge pack addition and my god is it comfortable the extended mag fits super comfortably it doesn’t dig into my ribs. The Glock 17 version of this with x300 Fits the 19, 17, 19 with ramjet, 17 with ramjet, and the 34. Fantastic, comfortable, and works with all the full size 9mm glocks. Going to order another one but none light bearing for day trips when I will be home before dark. Would definitely recommend. I'm 5'3" 140lbs. Not a big guy and I can conceal any 9mm glock I choose with this holster. Also have a single stack staccato c holster and staccato p holster from tier one and they are all equally comfortable.

The good: Nice fit and finish. It looks great, holds well. Customer service tries hard to keep you happy. The clips hold almost too well because it is hard to unclip to take it off for the bathroom or to change clothing. The bad: This is the most uncomfortable holster I have worn in 25 years of carrying concealed. I have only started appendix carrying but I have a crossbreed belly band that is much more comfortable. I am 5’ 11”, 180 and not an and not a fat guy but while wearing this it is horrible to bend over to tie shoes or anything below the knees. I have the medium cut and will need to trim it down about an inch to even make this usable. I am literally sore in the area where it digs in hours after wearing it. I regret buying it because it wasn’t cheap and is not cheaply made.

Fun fact, I bought a very nice blue carbon fiber Axis Elite holster at least 4-5 years ago for my M&P 45 Cal and was new to carrying and felt like I had a bazooka on me and everyone could see. Lol. Fast forward to now and I recently got the new S&W carry comp and a reg Axis Elite to save cash and just tried to see if it would fit in my older holster and it clicked in. Best holster company ever. And their cust service is off the charts. I have Axis Elite holsters for alllll my carry guns.

Well, let me preface with... I'm a fat guy, so no appendix holster is going to be super comfortable for me. That being said, I find the T.Rex Sidecar to be a little more comfortable. The Axis Elite is fantastic, don't get me wrong, but I feel like the solid connection of the T.Rex compared to the bungee on this one make it fit a little nicer.. again.. for me and my fat. The Axis Elite, I also find, digs into my pubis more than the T.Rex when I'm sitting, and I feel like it's due to the shape of the bottom seam. It almost seems sharper, not that it's sharp, I just don't have a better way to describe it. All that being said, the Axis Elite does provide EXCELLENT retension and, for the job it's intended for, it does a really good job... it's just not my preferred carry holster between the two. Now I will say, this isn't a straight comparison, as the holsters are for different arms. My Axis Elite is for my P365 XMacro Comp, while the T.Rex is for my Echelon. I think I also prefer my Echelon to my P365, so that also probably plays a little into the bias. Overall, I promise, if you're properly fit and don't have a gut, this holster is going to be fantastic for you. It's just not necessarily my favorite of this style holster that I have.

Holster itself is great but did create some hotspots from the flashlight area of the holster. I did get the standard wedges to try and help with that issue, but I probably should have gotten the wider ones. I ended up getting a mastermind tactics pillow wedge and fixed almost every hotspot and has made it a holster worth wearing. Still think I need to play with the adjustments a little bit more, but that'll come at a later time. Do feel every once in a while a slight hotspot on the left edge of the mag caddy, but a little shimmy and it's usually fine. I would recommend this holster to a friend but just with an aftermarket wedge.

The AXIS ELITE is fastened together with military-grade shock cord and allows the firearm to flex closer into the body independently of the magazine for better concealment.
