I edc a spring field prodigy with a surefire x300, and man I didn’t think it was possible to not print and carry comfortably. But this holster is truly amazing, I’m 6’5 190lbs so I’m pretty slim and it doesn’t print at all. Absolutely love this holster and will be shopping with tier 1 forever.

This is the best holster in my experience of 7 different brands of holsters. I have a tier1 holsters for multiple firearms. The spare mag holder securely holds the snakestaff systems everyday carry tourniquet (use the sleeve for the velcro). Highly recommend the discreet carry belt clips, vastly superior to the standard plastic belt clips.

The holster is exactly how I ordered it yes, however for the price point I guess i was expecting something more exciting. I was really looking forward to my new holster and am not in love with it.
Not a fan of the extra "negative" space below the barrel, and how the belt clip system adjusts. I'd give it a 3.5/5 stars overall. However, when it comes to comfortability it is one of the most comfortable holsters I've owned so far.
Not sure if I would purchase again or go elsewhere next time.

Absolutely best appendix holster I’ve tired. It’s about 1000% more comfortable than the Trex arms sidecar. Well worth the money and wait. I will be upgrading all my other holsters to Tier 1!!!

Excellent holster. Had issues concealing without printing. Tried a few other different brands, tinkered with pillows, belt clips, and attachments but nothing helped. This holster solved my concealment issue right out of the box. Didn't have to do anything but wear it.
One point of improvement I'd suggest is looking at alternate ways to retain the bungee cord in the back as the plastic retainer can create a pressure point if wearing tighter fitting clothes.

Order process was easy, once I could decide on a color and seeing them on Instagram definitely helped. I went with Haze and it looks even better in person.
Only thing that needed any adjustment out of the box was the magazine retention screw but it was quick and simple.
I have a slight gut to me but I can wear this comfortably and it conceals my S&W M2.0 Full Size without any issues. I can bend, sit, drive a vehicle and am comfortable.
It was definitely worth the wait and money. I'm happy I listened to my friends and will be a repeat customer in the future.

This p10f and tlr1 are alot of weapon to conceal, and this rig allows me to very effectively conceal and carry a full size fighting handgun and spare mag. We'll made and it doesn't mess with my guns finish at all. Great product.

I needed a holster for my full size 5” M&P. I had trouble finding companies that offered one for it. I had heard about tier 1 and was a bit skeptical with all the holster options out there. Decided to get one and I think I made the right choice. Fits the handgun perfectly. I got the wedge kit and that was a solid choice too. I can confidently conceal a full size without compromising comfort. Next holster I get for concealment will 100% be a tier 1.

This holster is awesome! Super comfortable I can sit all day with a full size walther PDP with a TLR 7-X and not even know it’s there. My draw and reloads are super consistent because everything stays where it’s supposed to be. Would highly recommend and will only buy Tier 1 holsters from now on!

I like it very much! My only critique would be to add or offer some kind of padding on the back side (other then a wedge). A flat soft fabrick just to cushion against the pubic bone.
For context, I'm an average size guy (5'9, 168 lb), and the level of comfort changes based on the pants or belt I use so the holster itself is mostly comfortable. Regardless, I think some back padding would make it more comfortable in all pants.

I like the flex between the holster and mag holder, but this thing wound up being so flexible I'd call it floppy to the point where handling can be difficult, and I worry about how long the cordage will last with it being constantly rubbed in shear.

This holster is phenomenal! I carry A 1911 Colt Defender 45 acp. After getting used to Appendix carry (roughly 3 weeks) I actually feel strange when I dont have it on. Starting out I added the #2 -1.5 inch wedge and at the end of week 2 added the #2- 1 inch wedge and that sealed the deal. I'm 65 and always been a Strong side leather OWB carry. With a holster maker that I always refered to as the Rolls Royce of Leather holsters. (and as far as Im concerned still is)
But in the Land of man made materials.
Tier 1 Concealed is the Ferrari of Appendix carry!

I bought this because someone recommended it .It’s a well made holster but wasn’t for me . Im 5’9 180lbs.. i find that the sweat band digs into me too much even after trying to make adjustments. I also was looking for a holster that was comfortable when sitting and this one definitely isn’t it.

Very well made, only have 2 “issues”. Screws for the belt clips came loose relatively quickly, and would prefer if the website would show images of all the color and patterns for the holsters. Would make it a lot easier to make an informed decision before buying.

After my first full day of wearing this holster, I can tell you there is no going back. The wait time was about as advertised as I ordered a custom, took about 2 1/2 weeks from order to delivery, and boy was it worth the wait. I was originally worried about comfort and movement while wearing this as I am definitely a larger man at 6'5" and 300lbs, but luckily those concerns were completely unfounded. Thanks to the claw and wedge pack there is no printing, even while wearing a light weight t shirt. I can now clean out my drawer full of 'meh' holsters, as this one has put the rest to shame. Hopefully this review helps some of my full figured brothers make the right choice.

Everything you could want in a quality holster. The retention, down to the fit and finish and quality, is by far the best I’ve come across. I’m on the bigger side, body wise…6’4” at 300lbs and I barely notice it after like 20 mins. Ride hight adjustment and ease of tuning the retention just right, is so simple and fast. The clips sit a little awkwardly such that I cannot really position the front of my Kore belt the way that a belt should be worn. If I slide the whole rig to the right a little to compensate for this then I can just clip to the pants directly for the mag carrier portion and have my buckle go over it. But then the holster digs a little more than it should. Maybe a different clip for the mag carrier portion would help this? Additionally the whole system does not hold the firearm as tightly in as I thought it would. I find it to be a little loose and that the gun would probably fall out if I were to run with it. Not sure if that is by design or not. Ultimately I’m okay with it for the everyday carry purposes, but I can safely say that I will probably end up with another option from someone else at some point in the not so distant future.

I like the holster but there are two things I've run into.
1. The snaps that connect the holster to the addition magazine holder have started to detach themselves under normal use. I've reached out to support to see if there is a solution to this but maybe choosing this option wasn't the best and going with the shock cord would have been a better choice even though it limits my carry option.
2. It can dig into my bladder when I appendix carry. Now, I'll admit my stomach isn't as flat as it used to be so this could be one problem as to why this is happening but ideally I'd like to see them make a padding option available to help limit this thing digging into me. I could see a rubber or foam option making this more comfortable.

Absolutely amazing holster! The most comfortable, ergonomic appendix-carry-capable holster on the market. Paired with the correct size wedge, the comfort is next level! I CC for 10 hours a day while at my workplace and haven't run into any complaints in the few months I've been running it! Extremely versatile as it works even with the Gas Pedal takedown lever! Retention is still fantastic even with the ease of draw! I will definitely be a T1 customer from now on, I won't buy another brand for custom holsters!
