I wanted some time with the holster that way I could give an honest review. Let me start by saying this is the best EDC holster I have used to date! One thing I will say is take some time and figure out the best angle for the spare mag holster to sit that fits with your body. Make sure you locktite all the hardware.
The holster practically disappears under your clothes. The built in wings on both sides help the holster stay situated without fear of it shifting. The tension on my carry is enough for me to feel confident that it isn’t going to fall out, but not so much that it’s a hindrance to draw from.
After spending some time dry pulling and live pulling from it at the range, I can say the ergonomics of it just work. From the draw to reloading, everything seems at the right angle for me to have maximum effectiveness. The wings help keep it planted on the back of my belt so it’s a clean draw.
Thank you to Tier 1 for making a holster that exceeds my expectations. I will be adding more of them for other carriers in the future.

Wow! As someone new to CCW, I’ve struggled to find a holster that works for me and my CZ Shadow2 Compact. I’ve tried a few different IWB and OWB holsters but the APX from Tier 1 is by far the most comprehensive, the most integrated, the best fitting, and the best looking holster I’ve found. Relatively expensive? Considering what you get, for me this is an investment well worth the money. Look no further, you won’t be disappointed!

Hands down the best holster I’ve ever owned. This holster is super comfortable/concealable and converted me to an Appendix guy. The only issue I have is the belt hooks are pretty narrowly spaced apart and I had to get a belt with a smaller buckle to make it work. This may be due to the fact that it’s for a subcompact.

The build times are accurate and the customer service is unbeatable! I highly recommend the holsters offered by Tier1, I have used my appendix setup every day since it arrived. I would however, make sure to get a wedge pack or find some kind of foam backing if you plan to wear your setup for long periods of time. In my experience so far the lower you adjust your setup the more concealed your equipment will be but also affect comfort. I am 6ft and 190lbs, take full advantage of the conceivability of my holster, and carry out my day as normal without any discomfort I wouldn't have expected.

My first holster I purchased was the MSP for TLR1 that I use for my full size PDP. I loved the setup but wanted a side car type or holster. I ended up buying the APX for my compact pdp. I alternate both holsters for my EDC. I use the APX if I shoot an IDPA match and I use my MSP if I shoot a uspsa match. i would highly recommend the MSP and APX holsters.

Hands down the best holster I’ve ever owned. This holster is super comfortable/concealable and converted me to an Appendix guy. The only issue I have is the belt hooks are pretty narrowly spaced apart and I had to get a belt with a smaller buckle to make it work. This may be due to the fact that it’s for a subcompact.

They fit well, they are comfortable, they are adjustable based on your body type. Buy the a pack of the wedge's to apply to the holster I needed them to fit under my shirt

Great holster, the holster for the p365 fuse is perfect for my p365 fuse frame Frankensteined w/a p365xl spectre slide and PMM compensator. The holster is just a quarter inch longer than the barrel and comp which is perfect so I don't burn my wobbly bits! Love the holster, I will definitely be buying more from Teir 1!

The build times are accurate and the customer service is unbeatable! I highly recommend the holsters offered by Tier1, I have used my appendix setup every day since it arrived. I would however, make sure to get a wedge pack or find some kind of foam backing if you plan to wear your setup for long periods of time. In my experience so far the lower you adjust your setup the more concealed your equipment will be but also affect comfort. I am 6ft and 190lbs, take full advantage of the conceivability of my holster, and carry out my day as normal without any discomfort I wouldn't have expected.

My first holster I purchased was the MSP for TLR1 that I use for my full size PDP. I loved the setup but wanted a side car type or holster. I ended up buying the APX for my compact pdp. I alternate both holsters for my EDC. I use the APX if I shoot an IDPA match and I use my MSP if I shoot a uspsa match. i would highly recommend the MSP and APX holsters.
