It’s a good holster. I find that you really need a foam pad or else it digs into your hip when carrying appendix or 2 o’clock. Took about a week to get used to it but now I hardly notice it. For the most part it stays secure and have no problem having to readjust it.

The holster allows a high position for a good purchase on the weapon. It conceals well even without the claw. Reattaching the claw after making an adjustment on the back clip is too tedious, but there is no need for the claw (at 3:00 position).

I'm really new to AIWB and at this point it seams like I've tried countless different options trying to find a holster that works and this one is by far is the best. As I wear it more I see where once you get used to AIWB a lot of other options could open up, but when new to it, finding placement to actually be concealed while being comfortable seemed like an impossible task. You see all the videos of YouTubers shove their holster in, fluff their T-shirt up while standing awkwardly still to show how well they don't print, but I found that once your day actually starts and you have to move, and sit, and walk, and work etc. - not nearly as advertised. But this was not the case with the Tier 1. Was tolerable comfortable right off the bat, concealed really well in just about all my blue collar working man attire, and allowed 95% of my daily activities go on with little to know "adaptation". The only thing I would change is the 2nd belt clip on the bungee- I think (wouldn't actually know unless I had one to try) I would like it on a little longer extension- I tried my sons for a couple weeks (which was my decision making trial run to purchase) and his had the side car for the mag holder, and I feel like the wider space between the belt clips was a plus- probably don't need it as wide as needed for the full side car, but possibly slightly wider than the version with no side car. Oh and for reference using this with a p365macro.

I keep the clips as far apart as possible because my M&P Shield Plus is a short pistol and the wider the clips, the more stability against tipping.

I love it. I’m carrying more gun, but it’s way more comfortable. My only regret was not getting the side car version for a spare mag. With the two clips already being a part of it, you don’t lose anything by carrying the spare mag.
It is disappointing that you can’t add a spare mag to this set up without having to spend another $120+ dollars to buy another holster.

Ordered for an M&P 2.0 3.6”. To give some sizing info I’m 6’4” tall 300 pounds. I was worried I wasted my money on this holster because I’ve never carried IWB nor been a big fan and I wasn’t sure if this would be for me. With the right belt (ratchet style) this is the best holster I have ever owned. I can stand, walk, and sit in my vehicle in comfort with this holster. If your a bigger guy and looking for a good IWB set up this is it. I’ve tried some of my friends holsters from other brands but this one is the real deal. I will buy only from tier 1 for all my IWB needs.

Believe the hype, this is one of the best holster companies out there, absolutely the finest Kyle’s holster I’ve ever owned (that’s a bunch) and fantastic people to deal with. After 30+ years of strong side carry I’ve finally come over to the dark side of appendix. Xiphos Elite made the switch effortless. Easy to configure to your preference, solid retention while still maintaining a slick draw. In short, I wouldn’t change a thing. Outstanding value when you consider how well made it is for the price, great communications during the order fulfillment, holster shipped when they said it would at time of order. More of these to come for my other guns and will be purchasing other models to fill specific rolls as well. Quit looking, order a Tier1.

Once you understand the adjustability capabilities of this holster as far as placing the top belt clip and figuring out where the height fits you best it’s awesome. G17 size tlr-7hlx with an ACRO is a breeze to carry. Been using T1C for 2.5 years now, and they are awesome.

Not exactly what I hoped for. It's too bulky and has too much needless material which makes a it larger than it should be.
I believe that such an expensive product should come with some sort of a wedge to start with.

Great holster but the competitors have a adjustable mechanism that helps get an angle when hooking with the belt. Nevertheless still my EDC.
