This is hands down the most comfortable belt for appendix carry out of everything I have tried (which is a lot). In conjunction with the T1C Axis Elite, it is an unbeatable combo. I carry either a Glock 45 or Glock 17, both with Radian comps and weapon lights and all day comfort and concealability is not an issue. Highly recommend, I'll never go anywhere else for concealed carry gear.

Takes a day or 3 to get used to the style of strap and using it on your side instead of directly in front like we're used to from traditional belts. Once you do, it's very comfortable and makes iwb appendix carry so much more approachable. I wear it daily whether I'm carrying or not. This is the most comfortable every day carry belt I’ve ever owned worn. I started with a heavy leather duty style belt inch and a half wide. Very rigid definitely got the job done wasn’t comfortable around my waist. Squatting, bending and twisting at work was uncomfortable. It felt like one of those metal bands around a whiskey barrel. Then I moved to one of those clicker style belts made by the company that starts with a K. Essentially, that was a better version of the leather belt. It had more fine, tune, adjusting ability. But was still very, very rigid around my waist and not comfortable doing anything but standing upright And move around a lot at work, I need something that moves with me.
When these belts first came out, I was skeptical. I didn’t really want to spend that kind of money on a belt. I wish I had when they came out. It would’ve saved me a year and a half or so of discomfort. These belts are very lightweight. It’s hard to believe you’d get the support at the front when you just have the stretchy band in the back. You do in fact to get great support the holster doesn’t shift around at all. There’s no bounce to it unless I wear the belt very loose. What I have found is that this belt provides all the support in the front that you need and allows for comfort and flexibility in the back. It’s a brilliant design. I’m happy I bought it. I liked it so much. I bought one for my wife as well.

Great belt. Don't get me wrong, I love Kore but for comfort, this belt takes the lead. Recently, I accidently washed my belts (Put on a few extra pounds) and needed to get another belt. this one is great. Ive found the buckle can slip but doesn't anymore. Must be a new issue that goes away after wearing for a while but it's really a non-issue. Do yourself a favor and get one. you will not regret it.

Excellent for using with loose clothing like gym clothes like sweatpants or shorts. This belt allows me to wear the same IWB/appendix holster I wear daily. I prefer this over the Phlster system. I still prefer a stiffer gun belt when wearing pants with belt loops, but this belt works as well.

Love this belt, my only issue is that it doesn’t stay on the size I set it to, about every third day I have to make it smaller, seems to slip, but as far as comfort goes it’s top notch, I’ve used many different belts and this one is the best so far, I’ve seen people say a down side to this belt is that it’s appendix only, I disagree. I carry appendix most of the time but I also use it for strong side and it works great.

Belt is ok, I think overhyped. When I first opened the package , I was very under whelmed. for over a $100, its a very thin belt with little material. I've worn it a few times and it does what is claimed but the price what your paying is crazy. I mean at best its worth maybe $40 bucks.. I think my expectations were higher. Be curious to see if this review is even posted and Tier one has integrity on their site.. On a plus shipping and communication was fast.

Was using Next Belt track belt but, for my shapely (fat body) it had to be overly tightened to form to the body, the buckle had to be offset for the holster and the tail would protrude. The Tier 1 Belt fix all those issues and is a great upgrade to the EDC kit.

I have tried almost every “carry” belt out there. This one is hands down the most comfortable for EDC. It’s rigid where you need and and beyond flexible where you don’t. Comfortable as a carry belt can probably be while also being a reliable host for many different holster clips. Fits my unusual waist shape well. Most other belts I've tried are either uncomfortable, unsecure or both. My only potential concern would be the long term reliability judging by how the materials and design are constructed. Highly functional but will it last long? time will tell.

This belt is much comfier than my last EDC belt that was a standard fully rigid belt. It allows for flex around my hips creating less nerve pinching. Only reason not for 5 stars is that with the regular size, I feel like I am maxed out on the looseness of my belt. For reference I wear a 36.
So I don't know if somehow i got a small but it does not seem like anyone that wears a 40 would be able to comfortably wear this belt, even at the loosest settings available

Good concept, but needs refinement. The loops for the hook (and/or the hook itself) need to be redesigned so that securing and unsecuring the belt is easier and doesn't involve something like threading a needle. The webbing material for the loops are prone to snagging. And one or two additional loops would make it considerably easier and quicker when using a bathroom stall.

This is the belt I’ve needed. It was out of stock for a bit but I signed up for the email notifications and once it was in stock I ordered it. The belt is nice and stretchy in the back which makes it nice to have on when sitting, especially while driving. The gun side of the belt is rigid and seems very well-made. The belt is widely adjustable and having the quick adjustment loops is a huge plus. This beats every other gun belt I’ve owned. Stop thinking about it and just buy it.

Terrific CCW/EDC belt! Holds solid with the elastic providing the right amount of tension. Extremely comfortable! Love how there’s extra loops to make on the fly adjustments. Side note, security scanners don’t like it so even if you’re not carrying anything the belt will set it off.

Very impressed with this belt! I've always put off buying a nice EDC belt and finally broke down and bought one. It takes some getting used to but once you do you will likely love it. The belt itself is a great design built with great quality. However, the sizing description on the website is not correct. I wear a 31 waist normally and size up to a 32-33 while carrying and though this put me comfortably into the “small” as it is described as going up to 36. It is maxed out on adjustment. I would have returned for a larger size, but I initially didn’t realize that the buckle would create such a hot spot on my hip when it’s adjustment is maxed out.
Overall I would/have highly recommended the belt, but suggest going with the normal size unless you are under a size 30 waist.

Absolutely love this belt, I’ve used a stiff leather belt(kore) for years of aiwb carry and it was never very comfortable for me. I live an active life in construction so I’m bending and squatting a lot, the leather belt restricted my movement and shoved the muzzle into me, this belt moves with me! I never used my tier 1 msp holster with the leather belt because I thought “I’m just not a big/tall enough person to carry all that gun”, now I can carry a g34 in my msp and do full squats comfortably. I can sit and drive and work without taking off my holster, no problem. Total game changer. It’s a little weird getting used to the hook system but you get used to it pretty quick. Haven’t had it long enough to speak to durability and I know it’s an expensive belt, but seriously, buy this belt if you’re struggling with inside the waistband carry.

This belt is super versatile, and quite comfortable! There are times that I even forget I have it on. At the beginning, it was a little confusing to figure out how to loosen and tighten the belt, but after some fiddling, I figured it out pretty quickly. also, just note that it's best to keep the belt quite tight to minimize printing. It makes a substantial difference if the belt is tight vs when it's a little looser. The downside is that when it's tighter, the elastic begins to stretch and wear down a fare bit over time. I'd still highly recommend this belt over others. I've really not experienced any significant downsides.

1) Make the rest of the belt just a tad more ridged. Like maybe 25% dense/ridged
2) Better clasp method. This hook system is effective but not “biz pro” should you find the need to deep conceal with a tucked shirt

Solves many daily carry issues. Allows carry with or without belt loops. No buckle issues or holster fit issues with the buckle. Very easy to adjust on the fly. Fit is very true to size, if you are on the end of the size range you may want to go next size up to have adjustment capability.

Expensive and specialized, but it fits the bill if you want to jog/workout in "normal" loose fitting stuff where a belt would not be worn. I walk the doggies using a thick canvas belt in shorts with belt loops, but I wanted something concealed for the gym. This does that, with some obvious caveats regardng weight belts and some deep/bendy exercises. I'm fine with that--way past any desire to bulk, so lighter weights and core exercises are my style, and the gunbelt works for that purpose. Customer service was great; they let me apply their discount/promo code right after my order. I will be curious to find out how well it does after exposure to sweat over time. Overall, solid recommend, if you're sure it's what you are looking for--I shopped the competition, and their "systems" seemed overly complex and bulky--the one with the thigh strap, in particular. And that one is even pricier than the T1.

It stretches while bending over and it's just amazing. It has 3 on the fly adjustments which work well. I've worn it just as a regular belt to work it is that good. Belt is ok, I think overhyped. When I first opened the package , I was very under whelmed. for over a $100, its a very thin belt with little material. I've worn it a few times and it does what is claimed but the price what your paying is crazy. I mean at best its worth maybe $40 bucks.. I think my expectations were higher. Be curious to see if this review is even posted and Tier one has integrity on their site.. On a plus shipping and communication was fast.

Was using Next Belt track belt but, for my shapely (fat body) it had to be overly tightened to form to the body, the buckle had to be offset for the holster and the tail would protrude. The Tier 1 Belt fix all those issues and is a great upgrade to the EDC kit.

I have tried almost every “carry” belt out there. This one is hands down the most comfortable for EDC. It’s rigid where you need and and beyond flexible where you don’t. And the quick adjustments make it super simple to go from relaxed carry to a more active hold. It’s not just a carry belt but is now my everyday belt and I’ll never go back.

I really didn't think this belt would work as good or be as comfortable as it is. It moves and stretches with your body, but holds the gun and mag extremely well. Whoever thought of this design hit a homeowner with it.

Comfortable as a carry belt can probably be while also being a reliable host for many different holster clips. Fits my unusual waist shape well. Most other belts I've tried are either uncomfortable, unsecure or both. My only potential concern would be the long term reliability judging by how the materials and design are constructed. Highly functional but will it last long? time will tell.

Works great, joggers, pants, bath robe, the thing works. Wish the hook and other hardware was slightly smaller as my pant loops are barely large enough, making it a bit of a pain to take off or rotate. But thats very minor inconvenience.

This belt is much comfier than my last EDC belt that was a standard fully rigid belt. It allows for flex around my hips creating less nerve pinching. Only reason not for 5 stars is that with the regular size, I feel like I am maxed out on the looseness of my belt. For reference I wear a 36.
So I don't know if somehow i got a small but it does not seem like anyone that wears a 40 would be able to comfortably wear this belt, even at the loosest settings available

Good concept, but needs refinement. The loops for the hook (and/or the hook itself) need to be redesigned so that securing and unsecuring the belt is easier and doesn't involve something like threading a needle. The webbing material for the loops are prone to snagging. And one or two additional loops would make it considerably easier and quicker when using a bathroom stall.

This is the belt I’ve needed. It was out of stock for a bit but I signed up for the email notifications and once it was in stock I ordered it. The belt is nice and stretchy in the back which makes it nice to have on when sitting, especially while driving. The gun side of the belt is rigid and seems very well-made. The belt is widely adjustable and having the quick adjustment loops is a huge plus. This beats every other gun belt I’ve owned. Stop thinking about it and just buy it.

Terrific CCW/EDC belt! Holds solid with the elastic providing the right amount of tension. Extremely comfortable! Love how there’s extra loops to make on the fly adjustments. Side note, security scanners don’t like it so even if you’re not carrying anything the belt will set it off.

Very impressed with this belt! I've always put off buying a nice EDC belt and finally broke down and bought one. It takes some getting used to but once you do you will likely love it. I've always hated sitting down with an appendix holster, it was always uncomfortable, regardless of what I did. This belt really makes it very reasonable! The more comfortable you are with your holster, the more you will carry.

The belt itself is a great design built with great quality. However, the sizing description on the website is not correct. I wear a 31 waist normally and size up to a 32-33 while carrying and though this put me comfortably into the “small” as it is described as going up to 36. It is maxed out on adjustment. I would have returned for a larger size, but I initially didn’t realize that the buckle would create such a hot spot on my hip when it’s adjustment is maxed out.
Overall I would/have highly recommended the belt, but suggest going with the normal size unless you are under a size 30 waist.

Hands down, the best edc belt for appendix I have ever used. Switched from a nex belt because it would start to dig into my back towards the end of the day. The difference is amazing, pretty much forget the belt is even there. It even works great for athletic shorts.

Absolutely love this belt, I’ve used a stiff leather belt(kore) for years of aiwb carry and it was never very comfortable for me. I live an active life in construction so I’m bending and squatting a lot, the leather belt restricted my movement and shoved the muzzle into me, this belt moves with me! I never used my tier 1 msp holster with the leather belt because I thought “I’m just not a big/tall enough person to carry all that gun”, now I can carry a g34 in my msp and do full squats comfortably. I can sit and drive and work without taking off my holster, no problem. Total game changer. It’s a little weird getting used to the hook system but you get used to it pretty quick. Haven’t had it long enough to speak to durability and I know it’s an expensive belt, but seriously, buy this belt if you’re struggling with inside the waistband carry.

This belt is super versatile, and quite comfortable! There are times that I even forget I have it on. At the beginning, it was a little confusing to figure out how to loosen and tighten the belt, but after some fiddling, I figured it out pretty quickly. also, just note that it's best to keep the belt quite tight to minimize printing. It makes a substantial difference if the belt is tight vs when it's a little looser. The downside is that when it's tighter, the elastic begins to stretch and wear down a fare bit over time. I'd still highly recommend this belt over others. I've really not experienced any significant downsides.

I watched many videos to decide what EDC belt to get. I live in Texas and only wear athletic shorts and T-shirts for 9/12 months of the year. The price is my only complaint, but once you use it, you forget about the price right away. Love the belt and would 100% recommend.

This belt really helps mitigate lower back pain! Just two points of possible improvement.
1) Make the rest of the belt just a tad more ridged. Like maybe 25% dense/ridged
2) Better clasp method. This hook system is effective but not “biz pro” should you find the need to deep conceal with a tucked shirt

Solves many daily carry issues. Allows carry with or without belt loops. No buckle issues or holster fit issues with the buckle. Very easy to adjust on the fly. Fit is very true to size, if you are on the end of the size range you may want to go next size up to have adjustment capability.

Expensive and specialized, but it fits the bill if you want to jog/workout in "normal" loose fitting stuff where a belt would not be worn. I walk the doggies using a thick canvas belt in shorts with belt loops, but I wanted something concealed for the gym. This does that, with some obvious caveats regardng weight belts and some deep/bendy exercises. I'm fine with that--way past any desire to bulk, so lighter weights and core exercises are my style, and the gunbelt works for that purpose. Customer service was great; they let me apply their discount/promo code right after my order. I will be curious to find out how well it does after exposure to sweat over time. Overall, solid recommend, if you're sure it's what you are looking for--I shopped the competition, and their "systems" seemed overly complex and bulky--the one with the thigh strap, in particular. And that one is even pricier than the T1.

Best best ever..... seriously. I've tried the rachet style and a handful of "recommended" belts but this one is the most comfortable belt there is. It stretches while bending over and it's just amazing. It has 3 on the fly adjustments which work well. I've worn it just as a regular belt to work it is that good. And it still provides all the support needed.

This belt makes carrying an appendix rig soooooooo much more comfortable. I compete in IDPA and USPSA, so while shooting these matches this belt has made a world of difference. I can’t sing its praises enough. While I think it’s pretty damn pricey, so far it’s been worth every penny.
