I love the way it holds the Cat-T securely. I recently ran my first run-and-gun race and never worried about losing the tourniquet. I can tell it's made with great quality materials and fit my Cat-T perfectly.

This is a great way to carry a C.A.T. It’s out of the way yet easy to retrieve.
Carrying one of these covertly can be a pain. This is a great method.

Holds everything together nice and tight.

Super nice product in theory,
I work EMS and carried this for myself at work and wore it on the back side of my hip as it was the only place it felt comfortable with my belt and Ifak and what not. It worked really really good for about a month and then the elastic cord had broke and I managed to re-tie it so it was functional again and then about a month after the plastic had tore after not really rigorous use it just kinda sat there on my belt but it was great while it lasted I just wish it was more durable for those of us moving around a bit more in the field however ordering it was quite easy shipping took a while but I did enjoy my short time with the product

The feel of this minimalist tourniquet holder is solid. It is geared more for open carry/range use rather than EDC. It is definitely a nice addition to my kit anyways.

Very well-made product.

Just like everything I’ve bought from Tier 1, it looks great and the quality is awesome. The first time I wore this CAT Carrier, I had someone in my handgun class admiring and asking for the details!

I can confirm: this carrier also fits a SOF-T, and the buckle of a Groove belt easily fits through the loops. This thing is even more secure than what I expected, so not only do I have the confidence of being able to stop the bleed when I need to because I actually have a tourniquet, but I also have the confidence that my tourniquet isn't going anywhere! Very well constructed, and a decently comfortable EDC solution. I carry it around the 6-6:30 position and notice it a bit when sitting or driving long distances but no major issues, and it hides under a t-shirt perfectly. T1C nailed it! Highly recommend this product!

I purchased this to hold my CAT under a suit jacket while working on my Churches Safety team. It keeps it at the ready instead of flopping around in a pocket.

Super great carrier for my CAT. I carry it everyday at work. CAT is super easy to take off one handed behind the back. Although i would recommend having a cover for the windless retention clip.

Nice fit on my belt

Works very well with the cat tourniquet. I have a really stiff Kore Essentials belt and it is very difficult to get it where I want it on my beltline. With a less stiff belt (or the option to have belt clips instead of the loops) it would be perfect!

Used my Cat1 holder this weekend at a patriotgamesperformance academy and had others asking where I found this. Sent them to the qebsite for a look. Easy to use without having to take your eyes off what's important, the trauma.

Great product! I put this on the front of my belt and got rid of a rear mounted TQ holder. Much better if you need to drive a vehicle.

Very comfortable and well made. Fits my cat7 perfectly.

I've been wearing it as part of my EDC for a couple weeks now and it's great. It definitely beats the back pocket carry and saves the TQ from unnecessary wear.

Exactly what i needed! Small and minimal. Gets the job done.
