Great Product. Exactly what I wanted. Gun (sig p365xl with red dot) fits perfectly and secures perfectly. I was a little skeptical of the ability to make a custom holster for a specific gun model, with optic or not, light or not, with hood retention, color, specific thickness, and whether you wanted it preassembled. They showed me wrong. worried that the gun wouldn't fit or something would not be what I wanted but instead the opposite. Totally worth the money. Very glad that I found Tier 1. The RTI is very good. I don't even think of the holster falling off of the belt. Very good products. Definitely will buy from again.

I have several T1 products and this is the first to give me a problem. After approximately 500 draw strokes the weapons retention device (hood) broke. I contacted CS and they promptly send a new one for me to replace. This one seems to be working well. I will say T1 stands behind their Lifetime Warranty.
I really like the thickness of the kydex and I use the G Code RTI system on my battle belt so T1 is a great duty holster for me.

Decided to give this holster a try on a drop leg configuration, and I love it. I have put it through the gauntlet already by slamming into doors, rolling in the dirt, and dropping it out the back of the truck a couple times. The retention is still doing its thing and feels as smooth as it did day 1. I run a G45 with a TLR-1, comp, and rmr, and after around 1000 or more draws and returns I haven’t noticed any new wear marks anywhere on the Glock. 10/10 would recommend giving it a shot.

Holster has good retention and is solid construction. Used one hard day in dusty conditions and the flip retention got jammed and had to be moved by hand. Kudos to Tier 1 though they were super helpful in replacing the mechanism. Wish there was a way to clean it though

I’m using this for a duty holster during a police academy. After about a month of use M-F I’m having a little bit of sticking with the hood when rotating it back up to retain my pistol. I’ve started the habit of rotating the retention release and the hood towards each other to ensure it secures in place properly as opposed to just holstering and then rotating the hood up in the first few weeks. I have blown it out and do not see any dirt nor debris in the joints.

Seems solid and the retention is simple and fast. My TLR1 screw was shaving some of the kydex, so I’ll see if my other light has the same issue. I also think the thumb button could be lower in height. It is difficult for me to start building my grip early and deep under the tang because the button seems a bit tall.

I don’t like the locking mechanism for this holster. Coming from a safari land holster where to disengage the hood you press down and forward this is the exact opposite. In order to disengage the hood, you presss back on a button that releases a spring and makes the hood go forward. This problem with this is that it’s super easy to outrun the hood. So many times my gun has gotten hung up, because I’ll hit the button and draw up at the same time causing the gun to get caught on the hood. I far prefer the safari land design where you the user is pushing the hood forward and not having to wait on a spring to move it. I recommend that if you really want a holster with a hood, get a safari land. If not, I would skip this holster and just get the version without the hood.

Bought this for my Gen 5 G45 with a Steiner MPS, and surefire x300 ultra. Fit is excellent and retention is exactly what you'd hope for. My only issue with it is that the release lever gets "sticky" and sometimes actually gets stuck and won't release the pistol. I've had to apply a lubricant to the release lever, and this helps temporarily. I've worked the lever a lot in hopes of this just being a break in issue.

It’s great works wonders for when you have to do out door work running a chainsaw and such with around a farm, dirt and grind does cause the thumb latching mechanism to get stuck in the rearward position and has to be nudged back to the forward position to get the hood to lock forward in the retention position, but that can be attributed to dirt and hard use without a drop of 3 and 1 oil. It works great

This thing is thicc. Definitely the sturdiest of its kind. I wanted something that was a little more versatile than a safariland without the rattling I’ve experienced with putting my G19 into a G34 safariland and without the steep price tag and this definitely delivers. It’s a tank I’ve tortured mine already having it get slammed on my jeeps back gate and taking a nasty fall on my side at the range and there’s not even a scratch. If you don’t care about a fun color definitely spring for the thicker kydex.

A recent purchase of a used FN509 Tactical firearm came with a centurion holster as part of the deal. Quality seemed great and I liked the level 2 hood so I ordered another for use with a FN509C Tactical and FN502 Tactical. Lead time was shorter than advertised and overall was pretty fast for being made to order IMO. Where the company really shined to me was in their customer service after a sale. When the new holster arrived I seen that a newer/upgraded type of level 2 hood was attached. A simple improvement that just made the draw so much easier. When I contacted them about purchasing one for my older holster their expeditious reply and help in obtaining the upgraded hood was above and beyond. Their replies to my initial inquiry and a couple follow up questions were only minutes later. Unheard of today. For me, the great quality holster coupled with the AWESOME customer service from them made me a customer for life. In fact, I just order another for a SIG P320 X-VTAC, which by the way, their customer service was great in helping select the proper holster since the X-VTAC wasn’t listed in the drop down menu. Extremely fast replies!

Customer service was really helpful and responsive! I had emailed them about how I wanted the end of the holster to be left open to accompany a compensator. They recommended I input the details of my setup (which compensator) as they were aware that an opening might not cover the compensator if left as is. I love this product! Great retention is a must if you don’t want to be looking for your pistol in the dirt. I take care of my gear so it will work when I need it. The only concern I have for this holster is when I draw my pistol it scratches the inside and leaves plastic shaving on my gun. Bought this for my Gen 5 G45 with a Steiner MPS, and surefire x300 ultra. Fit is excellent and retention is exactly what you'd hope for. My only issue with it is that the release lever gets "sticky" and sometimes actually gets stuck and won't release the pistol. I've had to apply a lubricant to the release lever, and this helps temporarily. I've worked the lever a lot in hopes of this just being a break in issue.

Very very happy with the Centurion holster. During the research process I sent them questions and they were very quick to answer back. The holster is very sturdy (went with the thicker kydex option) and I love that there is a very audible click when the gun is holstered. This is exactly what I wanted in a holster and will be back for more.

It’s great works wonders for when you have to do out door work running a chainsaw and such with around a farm, dirt and grind does cause the thumb latching mechanism to get stuck in the rearward position and has to be nudged back to the forward position to get the hood to lock forward in the retention position, but that can be attributed to dirt and hard use without a drop of 3 and 1 oil. It works great

This thing is thicc. Definitely the sturdiest of its kind. I wanted something that was a little more versatile than a safariland without the rattling I’ve experienced with putting my G19 into a G34 safariland and without the steep price tag and this definitely delivers. It’s a tank I’ve tortured mine already having it get slammed on my jeeps back gate and taking a nasty fall on my side at the range and there’s not even a scratch. If you don’t care about a fun color definitely spring for the thicker kydex.

This company makes quality stuff…I stopped carrying another popular IWB leather holster with a cross for Tier 1…Tier 1 knows what they are talking about and you can’t beat it. Yes you might pay a bit more but I carry their holsters for work and I am basically placing my life in their hands…comfortably…centurion is a great duty holster and although I don’t carry for duty in the US, I now carry it outside the US for ops…I like the speed to deploy and build of it…don’t hesitate to get this thing, centurion is a great OWB duty holster..

Really well made and affordable. I love the upgraded Kydex and BMC color. Mounted to a UBL. Retention is great out of the box and the release mechanism is snappy. Will buy another when I finish my SIG P320 build.

Needed a holster for my FNX45 for running heavy division for 3-gun and wasn't expecting too much from the holster. But when I received it I was really surprised with the overall quality, no sharp edges or any fit and finish issues and the fitment for the holster was spot on didn't have to mess with the retention at all. A recent purchase of a used FN509 Tactical firearm came with a centurion holster as part of the deal. Quality seemed great and I liked the level 2 hood so I ordered another for use with a FN509C Tactical and FN502 Tactical. Lead time was shorter than advertised and overall was pretty fast for being made to order IMO. Where the company really shined to me was in their customer service after a sale. When the new holster arrived I seen that a newer/upgraded type of level 2 hood was attached. A simple improvement that just made the draw so much easier. When I contacted them about purchasing one for my older holster their expeditious reply and help in obtaining the upgraded hood was above and beyond. Their replies to my initial inquiry and a couple follow up questions were only minutes later. Unheard of today. For me, the great quality holster coupled with the AWESOME customer service from them made me a customer for life. In fact, I just order another for a SIG P320 X-VTAC, which by the way, their customer service was great in helping select the proper holster since the X-VTAC wasn’t listed in the drop down menu. Extremely fast replies!

The first Centurion I bought was for my Glock G17 Gen 5 with PMM compensator and Surefire X300T. I liked it so much that I bought another one for my CZ P-09 with Streamlight TLR-1 HL. I was also thrilled to see that it also works with my CZ P-10F with Streamlight TLR-1 HL.

Customer service was really helpful and responsive! I had emailed them about how I wanted the end of the holster to be left open to accompany a compensator. They recommended I input the details of my setup (which compensator) as they were aware that an opening might not cover the compensator if left as is. They took my notes in the special comments when checking out and the holster now covers my compensator! This was for a HK Vp9 tactical with pmm comp. holster functioned well!

I love this product! Great retention is a must if you don’t want to be looking for your pistol in the dirt. I take care of my gear so it will work when I need it. The only concern I have for this holster is when I draw my pistol it scratches the inside and leaves plastic shaving on my gun. Not the worst thing by any means, just make sure it won’t cause damage before putting it to permeant use. Thank you Tier One.

The only complaint I have is it protrudes off the mounting system pretty far. Seems like they could have arranged the components better to make the whole design a bit more compact. Especially when dealing with a full-sized pistol, I would like it as close to your body as it can be.

I purchased one for a G34 GEN4 with a Surefire X300. It’s a super high quality holster. It locks onto the light abs has adjustable tension. The hood flys out of the way when you need it to. This holster is a 10.

The holster retains my FNX 45 tactical very well. The initial fit was too snug but was easily fixed by adjusting the retention screws. For the price the quality is unmatched and would absolutely recommend the Centurion holster.
